Key Responsibilities
• Define and drive the overall front-end architecture strategy for enterprise-scale applications.
• Design and develop highly scalable, reusable, and maintainable UI components and frameworks.
• Lead architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and technology selection initiatives.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, backend architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Establish front-end best practices, coding standards, design patterns, and governance processes.
• Architect responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible applications.
• Develop and maintain component libraries and design systems for consistency across applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to security, performance, and quality standards.
• Drive modernization initiatives by migrating legacy applications to modern frameworks.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, SEO, and accessibility.
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and microservices architectures.
• Implement automated testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading distributed/global teams.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Exposure to server-side rendering frameworks such as Next.js or Nuxt.js.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools and modern web technologies.
Frontend, cloud, or architecture certifications are a plus.
