Role: AI Governance & Enablement Lead/Governance Manager
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)
Exp. Level: 12+ yrs
Role Purpose Owns approval flows, audit trails, and access control for AI systems, and separately owns raising external team output through AI-assisted enablement programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and operate approval flows, audit trails, and RBAC for AI-generated code and agent actions, per the Client’s AI-generated code policy.
• Build and run enablement/adoption programs for approved AI coding tools and agentic frameworks across the vendor team.
• Track and report AI-assisted delivery metrics: cycle time to production, the quality pass-rate of AI-assisted code against review/correctness gates, and defect or escape trends.
• Support transition knowledge-transfer activities anchored on Wrike (project history) and Quip (documentation/runbooks).
• Track the Client’s evolving AI policy and drive team-wide adoption and compliance.
Must-Have
• 10–15 years spanning cloud security/IAM/RBAC or AI governance frameworks, and technical training/enablement program delivery.
• Demonstrated experience building governance or audit frameworks for AI/ML or automated systems.
• Experience running metrics-driven adoption initiatives.
Nice-to-Have
• SOC2 or equivalent audit/compliance framework background.
